Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Full Time Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner opportunity for a Board Certified, Texas licensed Nurse Practitioner to join an established practice seeing patients in Skilled Nursing and Rehab facilities in Fort Worth/Tarrant County areas. 

POSITION DETAILS:

  Round on patients with unmatched flexibility.

  Full Time 40 hours per week.

  Rotating Call for covered facilities.

  Document using EPIC EMR system.

  Competitive base salary, call pay and production bonus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  Texas License

  Acute Care Board Certified

  Possess strong verbal and written skills in English

  Skilled Nursing or experience working with the geriatric population preferred

  At least 1-year NP experience preferred

Master's Degree Nurse Practitioner Req
Experience
1 Year As a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Pref
Licenses and Certifications
NP - Nurse Practitioner Must maintain board certification as required for licensure. Upon Hire Req
