Gaming:
Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. Light & Wonder's gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.
Position Summary
Direct oversight and management of the global Table Games product portfolio planning process. Will create and maintain day to day global product roadmaps, and create and drive standardized processes to maximize product execution, and coordinate content resource planning. Will act as key interface owner between platform development, game development, hardware engineering, regional product management, project management and commercial teams to achieve product lifecycle planning alignment from conception through to launch. Will help oversee all required back-end configurations and go to market requirements for all global tables product lines. Will contribute to market segmentation and competitive positioning analysis globally.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Create and Manage all global Table Games roadmaps and Master Content List program including weekly roadmap forums, and monthly release plans.
  • Help establish and assist with KPI reporting for global Table Games development teams.
  • Develop a portfolio model to analyze content and hardware lifecycles by product segments.
  • Create new product go-to-market plans including; product segmentation, pricing, timing, launch partners and merchandising.
  • Research competitor pricing, performance and product lines.
  • Acquire an intimate knowledge of Light & Wonder Research & Development teams and work with those teams to deliver a product roadmap that delivers on global market needs.
  • Establish a product roadmap governance process, to ensure we are deploying engineering resources efficiently across our global engineering teams.
  • Lead post-launch postmortems and prioritize agreed upon opportunities for improvement based on the team's analysis and review with product, service delivery and/or business owners.
  • Works with respective internal departments to aid in forecasting, production, and rollout priorities as well as troubleshoot problems impacting product lines and/or orders.
  • Create executive level presentations and customer facing materials that clearly outline key product strategies, customer pitches, and KPI updates (as needed).
  • Build productive collaboration and communication amongst cross-functional teams.
  • Learn all portfolio products at a detailed level.
  • Understand regional and global market dynamics and competitive products.
  • Limited travel to markets as needed for market research and/or tradeshow support.

Qualifications
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with game pitch planning process to drive a best in class content selection process that drives optimal returns on our portfolio.
  • Partner with data and commercial teams to ensure reporting needs are created and maintained for market readiness and sales enablement. Includes submission checklists, commercial readiness checklists, game master descriptions, presales funnel set up, etc.
  • Partner with project management teams to ensure systems and process are continually evolved and standardized to drive efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Gaming/Casino Industry experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience related field

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough, and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit former experience/exposure to electronic recurring revenue products in the casino industry.
  • Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong awareness of gaming industry trends.
  • Systematic and methodical abilities to reach a desired result.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office. Salesforce.com and Tableau.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels including top level management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Personable, possess the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to condense complex analyses into executive-level insights and recommendations.
