Job Description
Busy and growing Multi-Family Office is hiring for a Financial Bookkeeper to organize and balance their client's high-net-worth and multi-investment portfolio accounts. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Weston, FL.
The primary duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Creating and setting up new "entities" within a client account for new investments
- Recording all transactions
- Reconciling accounts and creating financial reports
- Preparing quarterly statements for clients
- Prepare, enter, and manage monthly and annual financial statements, including 1099s and K1s, into QB
- Manage disbursements, invoices, and revenue reconciliation
- Manage, record, and update the different entities of accounts
- Manage investment reports, distributions, and brokerage statements
- Work with external CPA
Qualifications/Requirements:
- QuickBooks Online expert-level experience is a must!!
- Must have previous experience in investment reporting, Brokerage statements, and distributions
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or better, experience with financial services and RIA is helpful
- 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
