Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and ideally has a few years of experience with billing and portfolio reporting for an investment management firm. As a Portfolio Administrator, your service-oriented nature and impeccable attention to detail are key in this position, supporting our Chief Investment Officer. Day-to-Day as a Portfolio Administrator:
- Work with a high-performing & growth-orientated investment team responsible for the management of $7B in client assets
- Utilize Tamarac portfolio reporting software to identify and correctly code new accounts into our systems, including the creation and maintenance of billing and reporting groups
- Troubleshoot and remedy portfolio reporting issues, including unassigned securities, cost basis adjustments, performance reporting, dividend and interest settings, and ad hoc billing requests
- Assisting with our quarterly billing process, including coordinating with Advisors to ensure quarterly billing statements are accurate
- Interact with preferred custodians (Fidelity and Schwab) and Tamarac
What You Bring as Investment Associate:
- Proven experience in a Portfolio Administration role, ideally within wealth management and utilizing Tamarac
- 2-3 Years of Portfolio Accounting Software experience required, specifically with Tamarac
- Experience with Salesforce, Tamarac/Envestnet, & Fidelity/Schwab
- Experience with billing processes and performance reporting troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge base across investments, accounting, and financial vernacular
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Total Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 annually, including bonus.
