The CPQ Database Intern (Co-op) position is a support resource for the Commercial Operations Organization. The intern will be a key internal resource for the upgrade of the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) database and will work with Marketing, IT, CPQ Vendor and Sales to continuously update and improve the application.
This position is based in Snoqualmie, Washington and requires a local candidate within the Seattle area that is able to come into the office as needed and for training. This is a full-time, temporary role that is expected to last up to 12 months.
Responsibilities
  • Interface with CPQ vendor with regard to data elements, testing and issue resolution, specifically with regard to implementation of a new UI for the US Sales team.
  • Partner with Product Management organization to update and enhance CPQ system; developing the configuration pages and quote document generation, as well as part maintenance.
  • Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of CPQ, including prototypes, based on and related to vendor SOW requirements.
  • Manage Project Stakeholders expectations through effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or currently enrolled in a bachelor's program at an accredited university.
  • Related database job experience or education experience in Oracle CPQ required.
  • Proven proficiency with Office applications (notably Excel and Word) Oracle CPQ, and ERP and CRM database programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; highly organized. Ability to make sound business judgments.
  • Experience working positively and productively in a team environment, as well as working independently. Collaborative with highly developed relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, and/or Diagnostic Cardiology equipment and businesses in North America is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication are required. Must be able to articulate clearly with all levels of organization.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Must be able to successfully complete Spacelabs training (including training done at Company location).
