PORT SERVICES ANALYST

You will serve as a PORT SERVICES ANALYST in the Port Operations Department of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Perform proper procedures in the event of an emergency on small boats, crafts, ships, etc.; 2) Create financial reports using data from credit card purchases or other financial documents; 3) Manage port operations and functions (e.g., tug operations, small boat, pilot or service craft operations, etc.) to assist with berthing operations; and 4) Administers the storefront budget, monitors spending obligations and expenditures.
