This position is the first of many to further your career with the Exchange. This position is responsible for supervising shift operations of Popeyes Chicken. Must be friendly and passionately focused on delivering a personalized customer experience.
1. Supervises the preparation and sale of food items during shift. Oversees quality control measures from ordering supplies to delivery to customers.
2. Customer service is a priority. Listing to needs, offering suggestions and thanking them for their business. Resolve customer complaints.
3.Accounting and facility operational reports responsibilities.
4. Performs the duties of subordinate associates as required by workload.
5. Opening and closing responsibilities.
6. Supervisor responsibilities such as scheduling, counseling, work assignments, enforcing standards and managing productivity.
