Physical Requirements:
- Move like a Lifeguard: You'll need the physical stamina to stand, walk, and move around throughout your entire shift under the sun.
- Lift like a Lounge Chair: Be prepared to frequently lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds, and occasionally items up to 40 pounds.
- Balance like a Surfer: You'll be carrying trays filled with drinks and food, so a good balance and coordination are key.
- Heat Resistance of a Sunbather: Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, primarily in the hot summer sun.
- Swim through Crowds: Must be able to maneuver through crowded pool areas gracefully and efficiently.
