Pool Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pool Technician to join our growing team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining pool cleanliness, balancing pool chemicals and checking pool equipment, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. If you have a good attitude, enjoy working outdoors, have attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties: (full training provided)

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on pool equipment, including cleaning filters, checking chemical levels, and inspecting pumps and motors

- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment issues, such as leaks or malfunctions

- Conduct regular inspections of pool area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

- Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed by using our mobile app

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

- A good attirude, punctual and well presented

- Previous experience as a Pool Technician not required. Full training given (learn a new trade)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Effective communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
