We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager & Scheduling Coordinator to implement and oversee job schedules and crews. In this role, you will be collaborating with customers to schedule jobs, monitor the execution of job timelines while managing and maintaning crews.
You will then prepare job progress, profit and payroll reports.
To ensure success, this Project Manager & Scheduling Coordinator, should possess solid industry knowledge and demonstrable experience in Construction.
This position comes with a large amount of traveling.
Skills:
- Communication skills: The Project Manager & Scheduling Coordinator, continuously interacts with employees, suppliers, and customers; so it is important that applicants can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Having exceptional communication skills is also relevant for them to participate in and facilitate builder meetings.
- Organizational skills: It is also important that applicants can coordinate and cooperate with several departments to accomplish job. So, they must be well-organized individuals with planning skills to clearly map out the strategies to achieve a job with the acceptable time frame and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Interpersonal skills: To perform the duties of a Scheduler successfully, it is important that they can establish rapport and manage relationships with various parties, including employees, contractors, and suppliers, and customers involved in the execution of an assigned job.
- It is also important that applicants can interpret contract specifications and drawings, as well as have an understanding of procedures and principles, and able to understand Pool Building logic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
