Pool Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Assist with completion of pool projects, including new builds and remodels
- General labor
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Clean up, demolition, loading/unloading materials, trenching, etc.
- Assist in preparing and pouring concrete surfaces
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks

- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment for issues and malfunctions

- Repair or replace faulty components or parts as needed

- Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs performed to report to management

Skills:
- On-the-job training
- Some knowledge of construction processes and willingness to learn the pool building process
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Energetic individuals who have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and uphold a supportive work environment

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
