Job Description
Power Labor is hiring experienced and motivated installers and laborers with experience on active commercial and industrial construction sites.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Installation of retail equipment, shelving, coolers, kitchen equipment, soda lines, wiring, furniture, and more. Existing stores will require installation of new equipment for roll-outs of new menu items.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
- Installation and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment, HVAC unit, duct work, food service equipment, hood systems and shelving according to action plan and quality standards.
- Utilize lifts and ladders to reach heights safely to perform duties. Must be comfortable with heights.
- Conform to all safety regulations. OSHA Certification preferred.
- Follow and understand instructions, such as blueprints, floor plans, wiring diagrams.
- Complete accurate paperwork, including work orders, labor hours, warranty cards, equipment transfers, new store checklist, DOT logs, post trip vehicle inspections forms, and weekly transaction logs for procurement cards.
- Barcode and document equipment for tracking of warranties, analyzing reliability, maintenance issues, and technical support.
- Efficiently be able to independently at an active job site or open store.
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Technical and / or Trade training preferred
Experience
- Minimum of two years related experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver's License required
- EPA certifications - license I and II preferred
Tools & Equipment
- Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
- Power Hand tools (saws, drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.)
- Welding tools (torch, plasma cutter, welder, etc.)
- Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
- Reclaimer, balometer
Employment Details
- Hourly rate based on experience $22 - $25, Paid Weekly!
- Hours are First Shift, Monday-Friday, OT available frequently
- Full benefit package available after 30 days, with 401K
- Driver's License and Reliable Transportation daily
- Hired candidates will be expected to travel to multiple locations during employment
