Pool Attendant

We are hiring a Pool Attendant to join our team for the summer! This position is seasonal and works 11am-7pm Wednesday – Sunday Memorial Day – Labor Day.

Must promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through great service-oriented attitude and resident trust. Always displays a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents and other employees. Coordinates pool objectives with the on-site manager daily including checking pool passes and chemicals and keeping pool area clean. Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.

This position prepares or assists in preparing the pool for opening and closing each day including but not limited to setup and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Work to ensure that residents and guests have a safe and pleasant time at the pool.
• Work to ensure that the pool deck, restrooms, and water are safe and sanitary at all times.
• Maintain order and control for the safety of the residents.
• Maintain good resident relations.
• Strict adherence to the pool rules and regulations is necessary to maintain efficient pool operation.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work the schedule below and all summer holidays* Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekends

• Must be available on weekends and holidays to open and close the pool
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Physical(Including ability to lift 50lbs.), drug, and background screenings
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience working as a Pool Attendant or Lifeguard a plus.
