Salary Range: $42,434.91 -$56,562.69 - $70,690.46
Performs duties related to leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold Youth Development and Education initiatives. The Program and Stakeholder Engagement Manager for Youth Development and Education will plan, execute, and monitor stakeholder projects in order to meet requirements. Responsibilities include scheduling, scope, timelines for approved partner-projects, identifying and hiring freelance professionals or selecting project team members from existing resources and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.
Plans, executes, and monitors stakeholder projects in order to meet program and project requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, scope, timelines for key initiatives, and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.
Manages steering committees, advisory boards and other community engagement vehicles in support of Youth Development and Education.
Directs stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts to other public and private organizations.
Performs various and diverse administrative duties depending on specific Youth Development and Education job assignments, reporting to the Policy Advisor for Youth Development and Education, including scheduling, project management, communication and coordination across sectors.
Collects and manages information/data.
Provides strategy and Programming recommendations to the Policy Advisor for Youth Development and Education
Establishes and maintains ways to directly engage key stakeholders including but not limited to regular meetings or focus groups.
Engages in briefings to attain the necessary knowledge which allow the incumbent to contribute to the work being produced by the organizational unit to which assigned.
Attends project team briefings as necessary to understand the needs and vision for the scope of work. May perform other duties in addition to administrative/program and stakeholder assignments.

Experience or skill managing time in order to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
In-depth operational knowledge of education systems, Youth Development strategy or community engagement
Comprehensive knowledge of the modern principles of Youth Development and equity-based inclusive practices.
