PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our team is seeking recent college graduates for an exciting opportunity to participate in our exclusive two-year Analyst Program. As part of the program, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a development program that focuses on your growth and performance within the company. You'll gain hands-on experience from experienced industry professionals in different departments, including:

  • Accounting
  • Credit and Asset Management
  • Credit Solutions
  • Loan Servicing
  • New Loan Boarding
  • Portfolio Management
  • Property Tax and Insurance
  • Remittance
  • Servicing Operations
  • Treasury

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate loan servicing and management tasks such as handling taxes, insurance, cash management, loan closing, and payoff processes
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of loan documents, structures, covenants, compliance, and loan underwriting processes.
  • Gain experience with highly structured debt instruments and understand how our clients utilize these positions to maximize returns and minimize risk
  • Assess and evaluate the financial performance of commercial real estate properties.
  • Conduct small-scale research projects to broaden your knowledge and experience in the field.
  • Develop proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and methodologies.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of cash flow analysis and its application in real estate
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Provide recommendations for property improvements and enhancements to increase value.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university graduating between Winter 2023 or Spring 2024. Degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate is preferred
  • A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meeting of deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create intricate worksheets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications included Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Possess an analytical mindset to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Showcase strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Display adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
