Position: Construction Laborer
Location: Spokane, Tri-cities, WA, and Surrounding areas
Are you looking for a new challenge while still maintaining a positive work culture CharDan Builders is looking for a Construction Worker to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is interested in learning the trade and helping build our business. This role will be part of a large commercial building construction project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations (OSHA, local health and safety committee, company representatives, etc.)while working in office space which includes but is not limited to the use of hand tools, protection of clothing and equipment, etc.
- Maintain an excellent work ethic and drive to complete tasks assigned.
- Help move/paint furniture, pallets, etc. with forklifts, electric motors, etc. as needed.
- Operate various hand tools including but not limited to power drills, saws, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or project manager that pertain to the project or area.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic construction (nailing machines, jigsaw machines, etc.)and the ability to follow directions well. Understanding of safety rules and practices.
- Knowledge of reading a tape measure.
- Reliable Transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

- Residential construction: 2 years (Preferred)
