- Notify supervisor/manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
- Perform all other job related duties as requested.
- Poker Cage Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent guest service.
- Accurate performance of monetary transactions with guests and other employees.
- Perform Chip Cash-in/Cash-out Transactions, Chip Bank Transactions, Poker Transactions, Cage Credit Transactions, Time Tracking / Seat Rental Transactions and Chip Set-up for Tournaments and Special Events.
Required:
- Ability to use office equipment, input information into computer applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
