PODS Contract ILI Alignment Analyst

Assisting with aligned ILI Data to PODS pipeline geodatabase using proprietary business processes and applications. The process will include both performing ILI data alignment with PODS features, correcting the PODS centerline from ILI data with proprietary processes, and reviewing the final PODS data movement prior to completing each alignment. A successful candidate will work well under deadlines with strict adherence to process, quality checks, and ability to work well within a team as well as take direction from leadership. The selected candidate will be trained on how to execute these tasks, as all are proprietary to the client.

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize client specific ILI alignment applications, centerline correction applications, and ArcGIS tools to manage data within a versioned Esri geodatabase

Work from ILI vendor spreadsheets and other source documents

Check all data for location accuracy, table completeness, and compliance as outline in PODS and Integrity data structure standards and technical procedures

Run all PODS and Integrity data quality checks prior to loading working data records into the production database as part of the standard workflow

Requirements

Qualified individual will need to have at least three (3) years of experience performing ILI data management related work

Knowledge of Esri ArcMap or ArcPro software and pipeline databases, such as PODS, ISAT or other Esri pipeline data models

Skills / Qualifications:

oKnowledge of ILI assessments

oExperience with aligning ILI data

oProficient in ESRI ArcGIS software at a minimum, preferred to have a strong domain experience working with ESRI ArcGIS software and enterprise GIS

oHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Access, & Word

oExcellent customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of management as well as employees in corporate and field offices

oThe individual must be self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing technologies

oAbility to organize and prioritize daily work to meet schedules, objectives, and provide routine status updates

oAbility to be productive with minimal supervision

oEffective communication skills, both oral and written

Soft Skills:

oAble to work within a team, take direction from supervisor, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details and follow work rules

oUtilize effective teamwork skills to achieve project goals, solve problems and manage conflict

oAbility to successfully work remotely for the initial duration of this contract position
