PMO Project Coordinator
San Jose, CA
Your Tasks:
This role will provide project management support to cross-functional teams by assisting in the coordination and administration of assigned projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and work with cross functional teams to complete tasks to meet project goals.
• Provide support and assistance to project manager(s) in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals as it relates to project management requirements.
• Organize, plan, and execute meetings including setting agendas, taking minutes and tracking action items.
• Participate in project relevant meetings providing input when needed and completing actions as assigned.
• Update documents and verifies accuracy of information with excellent attention to detail.
• Coordinate information and communications for designated projects at the site level, including identification and escalation of discrepancies as needed.
• Responsible for data entry into spreadsheets, databases or other computerized systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline; A minimum of two years' experience in a project coordination role or progressively responsible role in data tracking; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a contract research, contract manufacturing or pharmaceutical organization is also highly desired.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, is preferred.
• Remote Flex based (3 days on site minimum).

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $54,433-$79,830/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
