Form of workAs the Program Manager, you will be responsible for work successful delivery of Program Management within the Aerospace PMO Project Management group. This is a hybrid role that can be based in our Sylmar, CA., Grand Prairie, TX., or Huntsville, AL. facilities. You will report to the manager of the Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large/high complexity projects and/or programs independently across multiple domains, product lines, technologies, regions, and functions in the Aerospace business unit; Projects/Programs are multi-year multiple million-dollar capital projects
- Maintain program data and reporting with program sponsor and leadership
- Identifies and manage program risk
- Implement a recommended project framework for schedule, resourcing, status, risk, work planning, and monitoring
- Coaches and reviews the work of other project managers leading projects in the program (no direct line of reporting)
- Lead overarching management of multiple projects
- Influence business personnel with
- Leads project teams with minimal coaching and manages all levels of conflict the reasons to adopt recommended solutions
Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10+ years of Project and Program Management experience, specifically within manufacturing environments
- Experience with manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain dynamics.
- PMP or PgMP is desired
- Travel less than 20% annually
Salary Range $100,000-$110,000 plus annual bonus

Based on the role, you may have flexibility in working hours or the ability to work a hybrid work location with 3+ days in office and 2 days remote, if you are near to a PPG facility.
