Clearview Health and Wellness Group is a mental health clinic located in longmeadow ma. Our team consists of our MD and a group of excellent clinicians who are focused on providing the best patient centered care.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or MD to join our team. The position is at the moment fully remote, there may be some requirements to come in person for initial intakes and we will follow the state guidelines. The candidate must be willing to come in person if needed for initial intakes etc.
You will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients of all ages. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing therapy.
Job Duties:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications for mental health conditions
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
-Provide prescription services to our clients.
-Participate in case reviews when appropriate
-Provide case consultation, as necessary
-Participate in the Clinic’s Quality Assurance program for mental health service
-Other Duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
-Experience in prescribing medications, doing intake and followup sessions with clients
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent computer and documentation skills with proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
Pay for this position is dependent upon expeirence and can range from 50-70% of receivables.
