Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: Previous housekeeping and customer services preferably in a hospitality environment
Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements: Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Cleaning of common/Public Areas, amenities and parking lots
- Vacuuming and shampooing carpet
- Assists the housekeeping department as needed with cleaning, laundry, and supplies
- Removes all linen, terry and trash from assigned areas
- Maintains stock of housekeeping carts in a neat, safe and timely fashion
- Provides assistance to guests on an as-needed basis with luggage handling, delivery of in-house amenities and any other special requests
- Maintains appropriate stock of in-house amenities in all storage areas
- Maintains clear and open communication with each department head
- Adheres to the established standards including for common areas, housekeeping, safety/security
- Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.
