The Cook requires good communication and culinary skills while working in a fast-paced environment, working multiple stations at one time and has cooking experience working fine dining. Culinary degree is preferred. Should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, the ability to execute food service that is flawless in presentation, creative and following the recipes and specifications as outlined by our menus.

- Requires good communication skills
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- 2 years of previous banquet or line experience preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays- primarily night shift
