CGC Water Treatment Inc’s Service Plumber will be a part of a growing plumbing division at CGC Water Treatment & Plumbing. Working alongside the Master Plumber, delivering exceptional service through plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations. The right candidate will strive to provide exceptional service, guiding customers to the right solution, and realize the opportunity to learn and grow in the water treatment side of the business as well.
- Provide exceptional customer service through the installation, service and sales processes
- Driving to appointments, loading van with supplies, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle
- Exercising care through the use of safety procedures and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components
- Identify the required tools and special equipment
- Assemble and install valves and fittings
- Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet code requirements
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, conditioners, and water treatment equipment
- Mentor fellow employees to enhance their skill sets
- Take payments at customer homes/business
- Use safety procedures and equipment
- 1 year of successful service plumbing experience in residential homes
- Ability to learn commercial plumbing
- Water Treatment experience a plus
- Solid communication skills
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Willing to cross-train in water treatment installation and service
- Working alone and in teams
- Ability to be driving in a van for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, including up and down stairs

- Pay is hourly wage plus commission based on experience, skills and length of service.
