Work location: Multiple locations throughout Massachusetts, with our home office in West Bridgewater.

Job Requirements:

• Plumbing estimating (5 years preferred)
• Project management (5 years preferred)
• Procore experience preferred but will train, if necessary, upon hire
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 30 preferred but will certify, if necessary, upon hire

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Plumbing Project Manager to join our team. This role will provide overall management direction for a project or group of projects and will perform additional duties that include procuring equipment and subcontracts, monitoring and accurately projecting job costs, maintaining billing and schedules, and providing leadership to the field staff. The Project Manager will also develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to develop future work.

Plumbing Project Manager Qualifications/Skills:

• Estimating and quoting plumbing jobs
• Provide take-offs for equipment, materials and fixtures
• Contact suppliers for cost information and material availability
• Manage multiple projects/tasks/simultaneously
• Supervising plumbers, building the plumbing department and ensuring strong communication
• Must be very knowledgeable in the plumbing industry and have several years of experience in the project management role, and be willing to work hands on
• Pass Pre-employment background check
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and problem solve when necessary
• Ability to work both as a team player and individually
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety
