SalaryPrimary Skills:Plumbing Fire/Protection Engineer, Revit, PE and a professional in ASPE or ISPE, with a LEED AP, US Building Services Projects
Responsibilities:
- The provision of technical / detailed design engineering services to the broader building services team and a responsibility for schematic design through construction documents to a range of external clients.
- Delivery of detailed design across; Plumbing and Fire Protection, ground sanitary/waste and rainwater drainage systems, below ground drainage, domestic hot and cold-water services, rainwater harvesting systems, black and grey water systems.
- Showing technical mentorship and leadership to our younger engineers and graduates by supporting and encouraging their progression with us.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of working in a P/FP engineering role and a broad design knowledge and experience of running of US building services projects
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of using Revit or similar tools, and an in depth understanding of US and Pennsylvania plumbing codes
- A self-starter, you'll have a confident, proactive and organized approach to your work, team and clients
- A relevant Bachelor or Master degree is preferred
- PE and a professional in ASPE or ISPE, with a LEED AP accreditation desirable
- Ideally experience in the commercial sector.
