NATURE OF WORK:
Performs technical and skilled plumbing work with responsibility for repairing, servicing, and installing water and sewer lines, water heating systems, Rest room and kitchen fixtures, clearing sewer lines and installing and repairing drinking fountains. Work is performed under the supervision of a trades supervisor and reviewed while in progress and upon completion through inspection, observation, and results obtained.
Minimum Requirements
PLUMBER I: High school graduate with two years plumbing experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Florida driver license required.
PLUMBER II: High school graduate with four years plumbing experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Florida driver license required. Journey-level competency card or equivalent credential / documentation of training required for the Plumber II level.
VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
