This role has been designated as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
Enable accurate & timely NPI setup and sustenance product structuring, change management and maintenance of Material Master (MM), Document management, BOM & change management in PTC Windchill PLM application
Deliver best in class solution for superior experience to customers and ODM partners to make PDO operations be competitive advantage in close partnership with global functions.
MUST HAVE WINDCHILL PLM Experience
Location for this position is Houston, TX
Deliver world class transformation solution to manage complex product structures in Windchill PLM & SAP that supports NPI and current products.
Drive simplification and standardization of processes and bring in operational effectiveness and efficiency
Ability to participate in cross functional teams product master data collaboration with efficient product structuring and engineering change management processes Solution test planning and execution (Functional, SAT, UAT etc.,)
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical or equivalent
12 to 16 years of experience in working with Windchill PLM and Thingworx Navigate systems preferably for hi tech or electronics Industry.
Experience in working with Windchill PLM system in the areas of Part Management, BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, AML and Document Management
Good understanding of Windchill PLM best practices for document control, product data management, modelling and drawing standards, configuration management, change management, and master data quality management
Responsible for architecting / designing solutions and E2E process standardization and continuous improvement around Change Objects, Parts, Documents, BOM Structures, Effectivity, CAD tools, etc.
Experience in using reporting capabilities of PLM systems
in-depth knowledge of Windchill PLM processes and tools
- Windchill PLM Functional and Testing expertise
- Should have Product configurator knowledge
- Experience in customizing / End to End implementation of Windchill PLM systems
- Knowledge of SAP Material Master, Bill of Material and Engineering Change Management will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have good project Management skills
- Strong knowledge on supply chain functions, finance and order management & care functions Extensive experience with using engineering tools and software packages to test, design, and evaluate products and manufacturing processes
