THE JOB:
As a Player Assistant at Fallen Oak, you will ensure a smooth and enjoyable golf experience by monitoring and overseeing the pace of play at this 18-hole, 7,487-yard championship golf course, making sure starting times are adhered to. You will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests at the driving range and introduce them to the course
• Create a professional, friendly, and proactive atmosphere to provide guests with an exceptional golf experience
• Set up and maintain the range, ensure guests are in position on the first tee, and start play on time
• Maintain confidentiality of high-profile guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Takes pride in their work and is self-motivated
• Has the willingness to learn and works well on a team and/or independently
• Capable of working in outdoor elements - various weather types & temperatures
• Knowledgeable about golf rules and etiquette
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

SCHEDULE:
Primary On-Call Schedule:

• Day Shift: Thursday - Sunday | 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Off: Monday - Wednesday
• Must be flexible to work outside primary schedule based on the business need
