The Opportunity
A successful candidate will have experience deploying SaaS platforms across a variety of use cases, possess good technical skills, take a customer-obsessed approach, and bring a sense of urgency for delivering extraordinary levels of client satisfaction from initial kick-off to post-implementation.
What You Will Do
- Configure the TrustArc platform to fit the clients needs and use cases
- Create and maintain platform onboarding plans, client timelines, based on project scope and requirements
- Identify project roadblocks and organize cross-functional teams to resolve
- Lead web-based kick-off meetings and Customer trainings
- Create and maintain onboarding plans for each customer while also maintaining documentation for each project
- Manage customer expectations
- Lead weekly status calls with customers, discussing project status, best practices and progress to implementation completion
- Configure the TrustArc platform to fit the clients needs and requirements
- Coordinate both internal and external teams to drive timely and quality implementation of the TrustArc platform
- Stay current on TrustArc solutions and maintain up to date knowledge of the industry
- Coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines, resource allocation and risks
- Participate in the solution development process and ensure that customer requests and needs are recorded for potential inclusion within the product
- Gather, document, and validate customer requirements as they relate to the TrustArc technology platform
- Ensure all metrics in Salesforce are accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with our Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams to help translate customer requirements to user stories and technical design requirements
- 5+ years experience in a software implementation role, experience with Fortune 1000 companies preferred
- Ability to influence Stakeholders and Decision Makers
- Create cases for customer change/adoption and translate value propositions & solutions into business outcomes.
- Learning and readiness - Ability to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
- Break down complex privacy scenarios into simple, digestible solution for our clients and make practical recommendations for deploying the Platform
- A sense of urgency, curiosity and active listener
- Have proven experience managing complex projects; project management certification preferred
- Ability to manage change and priorities and coordinate/realign project resources as necessary
- Self-motivated individual and problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Organized and curious
- Experience and knowledge of privacy office program development and implementation
- CIPP/US/M/T/E, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIA or other related certifications
- Previous experience with compliance frameworks and methodologies
- Working knowledge of Privacy, GRC or Audit tools
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, data analysis and report creation
