Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Engineering and Manufacturing Supervisor.
o Ability to troubleshoot electro/mechanical assemblies.
o Ability to use a multimeter to check voltage, resistance and continuity.
o Ability to effectively communicate technical issues with engineering and
maintenance departments.
Utilize 5S, continuous improvement and Lean tools daily to improve the
department.
Perform daily safety audits and participate in Legrand Way Tier II meetings.
to determine root cause of equipment malfunctions.
Use a methodical approach to problem solving.
Test sensors and other electrical components and replace as needed.
Troubleshoot robot and EOAT problems.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance functions.
Troubleshoot thermoplastic injection molding process problems
o Create and document injection molding recipes.
o Diagnose and correct complex injection molding process problems.
o Perform injection molding material trials.
Perform mold changes and start ups.
Determine tooling problems and communicate with tool room to resolve issues.
Balance hot runner systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Plastic extrusion: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Concord, NC 28027: Relocate before starting work (Required)
