Work Arrangement ​​ : This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Fort Wayne Assembly on a full-time basis.

The Role:

In this role, you will support development of the operations business plan, be responsible to communicate to all plant departments, tracking execution and results of important projects,  and ensuring action items are completed on time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Functional Leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, BPD, special assignments, etc.)
  • Execute the operation business planning process
  • Manage and plan assignments along with priority goals and requirements in the preparation of difficult projects
  • Develop and maintain the project business cases (deliverables, benefits, timing)
  • Interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data and recommend solutions to unusual problems
  • Manage budgets
  • Execute the Functional competitive assessment process
  • Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group
  • Handle a variety of special assignments
  • Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
  • Be in the forefront of new software/systems being deployed to the plant

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​​ :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams or projects with/without authority

Additional Description

  • Experience with using Power BI
  • Experience with planning strategy supported by data
