Plant Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain plant equipment and machinery
- Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes
- Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance
- Analyze data collected from plant operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with logic controllers
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities
- Build and maintain plumbing systems as needed

Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience in wastewater treatment or related field preferred
- Ability to repair and maintain equipment
- Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed decisions
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
- Ability to collect and record accurate data
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and their maintenance

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
