The Western Aggregates Sand Plant has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Wash Plant Operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the entire wash process; startup, shutdown, quality tests, mine crushing equipment, rebuilding components, maintenance, and repair. Position may require heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, working at elevated heights, and working outside in all weather conditions. An understanding of the mining process to assist when needed is essential.
Basic Wash Plant Operator Job Duties:
Operating the wash to maintain up-time
Perform product specification testing to ensure product produced meets quality expectations
Monitoring infeed and outfeed of product, comprehending the flow of the system and the ability to adjust the plant when needed
Performing basic/intermediate maintenance functions
Safety:
All duties and responsibilities must be conducted in a safe, clean, and productive manner. It is a requirement to comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Schedule:
- 12 Hour Shifts
- Day Shift and night shift positions available
- Work Monday through Friday – occasionally Saturdays
- This is consistent, year-round, work!
- Job location will be in Buckeye, AZ
Requirements:
- Regular attendance is required!
- Must be able to bend, twist and lift up to 70 lbs. consistently
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass drug testing
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
