Job Highlights:
- Monitor, report, and analyze plant manufacturing costs, production variances (volume, process orders, and spend variances), production volumes and the monthly closing process and progress.
- Build on new reporting / analysis tools and reports utilizing the recent upgrade to SAP L4P
- Oversee plant budget process, including cost planning and standard costs, updating Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Headcount planning.
- Support communications with plant manufacturing team and Business Unit (BU) controlling on all financial topics including ad hoc analysis and project support.
- Champion review of COGs and lead review and updates of BOMs with manufacturing.
- Analyze financial performance monthly including identifying spending trends, opportunities, and threats to financial performance.
- Review raw material and finished goods variances including substitution and usage variance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's dgree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting (experience supporting and working onsite at a manufacturing plant highly desirable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act as a coach, trainer, and advisor at all levels.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The minimum pay rate for this position is $81,200. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
