Qualifications:
- Accredited High School Diploma
- 3-7 years in manufacturing or production environment
Prerequisites:
- Experience in NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent ERP software.
- 7+ years in manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols diligently.
- Bachelors degree in business, accounting, or related field
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The Plant Administrator is responsible for the organization and coordination of all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, inventory management, and scheduling. He or she will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Plant Administrator will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters pertaining to the plant
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all plant facilities and equipment
Manage the plant budget and track spending to ensure efficient use of resources
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve plant operations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
-Schedule and coordinate plant repairs and renovations
-Monitor environmental compliance and safety regulations
-Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
-Keep abreast of new developments in the field of plant administration
-Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Notes:
This role is to cover procurement, the transition to NetSuite for accounting, and other admin aspects of the pilot plant. They won't be on site every day, nor are they expected to receive operator training, this is an administrative role. High preference for candidates local enough to visit or willing to move. The expectation is that by June they will be living in Lawton, the sooner the better.
