Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specified recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure that the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Prep the line and ensure all ingredients are available and fresh
- Prepare all catering items and ensure high quality food and pristine presentations
-Operation of the POS system and taking orders at times when needed
- Ensure high quality customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen role is preferred, but not needed
- Knowledge of food service and food industry standards
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system for order processing
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
