Commercial Industrial Corp. is a Heavy/Highway Construction company based in Ocala, FL, and is seeking an experienced Pipe Crew Foreman. CIC offers paid vacation, paid health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) with employer matching.

Position Overview: Pipe Foreman is responsible for day to day operations of the pipe installation for underground utility, water, gravity sewer, lift station, storm drains, and dewatering projects. The Pipe foreman supervises and coordinates staff, performs necessary work as instructed on pre-drawn plans, implements safe work practices, performs repairs as needed, procures materials, train’s new personnel and performs administrative duties.

Essential Job Functions

• Heavy Equipment Experience
• Read, interpret and adhere to construction plans
• Implements safe workplace practices
• Must be able to operate hand/power/pneumatic tools

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work flexible hours
