Pilates Reformer Instructor

Pilates Reformer Instructor - Bentonville, AR

Part-time, teaching 5-10 hours per week 

The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a certified & experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join the whole health team at our brand-new site located in Northwest Arkansas. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance and instruction in Pilates exercises on the Reformer machine, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to enhance their strength, flexibility, and well-being. Certified Pilates Reformer Instructors will lead classes of up to 8 participants and also provide semi-private/private reformer classes. Instructors are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled sessions to assist in room set up, welcome new and seasoned members to class, and answer questions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide clear and effective instruction on the proper use of Pilates Reformer equipment. Demonstrate exercises and techniques to clients while ensuring correct form and alignment. 
• Maintain a safe and clean environment including proper setup of all equipment. Ensure client safety by monitoring form and technique during classes.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Role Requirements:

• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a HealthFitness approved provider.
• Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
• Great customer service skills fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Ability to motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals through personalized sessions while providing ongoing support and feedback.
• Ideal applicants will have 1-3 years of prior Pilates teaching and/or group exercise instruction experience.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
