Responsibilities as a Gazelle Pilates Instructor:

• Personalized Session Design: Plan and lead tailored Pilates sessions – one-on-one, duet, or trios – focusing on individual needs and goals.
• Engagement: Engage closely with each student, ensuring they’re utilizing the correct form and technique for maximum benefits.
• Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and integrate them into your personalized sessions.
• Feedback & Adaptation: Offer timely feedback to students and adapt sessions based on their progress and requirements.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure all Pilates equipment is used properly, maintained for safety and clean.
• Participate in Workshops: Attend studio workshops and training sessions to enhance your expertise and connect with our close-knit community.
• Promote Positive Studio Culture: Foster a supportive, attentive environment for both instructors and students in our expansive yet intimate setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sherman Oaks, CA 91403: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching Pilates Private Instruction: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Pilates Certification (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
