Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups
- Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Provide guidance and support to clients during Pilates sessions
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for Pilates exercises
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote a healthy lifestyle
Requirements:
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization
- Experience teaching Pilates classes or working as a Pilates instructor
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, exercises, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to exercise and movement
- Understanding of proper body alignment and biomechanics during Pilates exercises
Note: Experience or knowledge in yoga, personal training, dance, CrossFit, sports coaching, or fitness sales is a plus but not required for this position.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
