As our valued Refrigeration Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and safe operation of our production facility in Tulsa, OK. Your daily tasks will involve the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of our mechanical infrastructure, which includes cutting-edge ammonia-based refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and boilers. You'll be our go-to expert for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the manufacturing systems that keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.

To excel as our Refrigeration Technician, you must possess a unique set of skills that are essential for the role. This includes a strong foundation in math and reading comprehension to effectively interpret and understand technical manuals, bulletins, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency in areas such as safe operation, maintenance, and repair of ammonia refrigeration systems, as well as HVAC system maintenance is crucial. You should be well-versed in meeting PSM requirements and have a knack for troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues. With a background in electrical, electronics, or HVAC training, along with at least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (preferably in the food industry), you'll be well-equipped to handle the challenges and responsibilities that come with this dynamic role.
