Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pick and Pack Associate to join our ecommerce department. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and shipment of online orders, contributing to the exceptional service our customers expect from us. The successful candidate will work closely with our shipping team lead, embodying the spirit of teamwork, and reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager/Administration.
Responsibilities
· Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to customers, ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery.
· Coordinate daily order gathering from multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), preparing for the picking process.
· Work closely with the shipping team lead and other department members to streamline the order fulfillment process.
· Utilize computer systems and software (e.g., Excel) to manage inventory, track shipments, and update order statuses.
· Engage in problem-solving activities, quickly addressing any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.
· Participate in training and adhere to company policies and culture, contributing to our growth and team spirit.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred, but not required.
· Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, common sense, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
· Fluent in English (required); Spanish language skills are a plus.
· A positive attitude, team player mentality, and openness to learning and development.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
