Piazza Produce - Truck Driver

Piazza Produce offers a wide array of produce, locally sourced goods, specialty items, and more. Piazza Produce delivers to over 150 surrounding cities including those in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Michigan. This allows us a large distribution network in which we are able to back haul and deliver products from producers who need help distributing their products

Piazza Produce is recruiting drivers who hold an Operators License to come join our family in the following locations (Laporte, IN, Henderson, KY, and Lexington, KY). We are a company that can offer you benefits and longevity with job security. Our drivers enjoy routes that bring them home daily or out and back with 1-day layover.

Sign-on bonus of $3,000 NET. Payments of $1,000 at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.

Duties:

· Load/unload product to/from truck (up to 50lbs)

· Must be safety oriented

· Perform safe and timely deliveries to our customers

· Possess a strong attention to detail and professionalism regarding all aspects of the driver position including driving practices, log records, pre/post trip inspection and all responsibilities outlined by the FMCSA and DOT regulations

· Ensure high levels of customer service

Qualifications:

· Valid Operators license (Drivers with Class A, Class B, and For-hire Endorsement are welcomed to apply)

· At least 21 years of age

· No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years

· No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and proven safe PSP score
