SUMMARY
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, screening, and recruitment of qualified physicians and APPs to meet the needs of the medical staffing plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Proactively source potential candidates using diverse recruitment pipelines.
- Establish relationships with Physician practices to ensure understanding of the clinical requirements for recruitment purposes.
- Perform initial interview and screening processes to determine candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and serve as a liaison between candidates and the organization.
- Maintain and manage outstanding communication with Physician candidates.
- In partnership with marketing, ensure visibility through advertising for recruiting efforts.
- Coordinates the processing of CME reimbursement with the assistance of the Clinic Administrative Assistant.
- In coordination with the HR Recruiter, supports the overall recruitment process for Welia Health employees, students and volunteers.
- Partners with stakeholders to build and sustain affiliation agreements with universities and technical institutes.
- Assists with the recruitment and onboarding of key positions within the organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
