Ochsner Health in New Orleans , Louisiana, is seeking a board eligible or certified, Fellowship trained Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing team. Our Pediatric Endocrine section is comprised of an experienced Boston Children's trained Pediatric Endocrinologist, two dedicated peds endocrine nurse practitioners and a pediatric diabetes educator. We are seeking to grow the department by at least 2 additional endocrinologists over the next year.

Ochsner Hospital for Children operates a dedicated pediatric emergency department, a 36-bed pediatric unit, 14 bed level I PICU, 50 bed level IV NICU, and a 12 bed CVICU with in-house intensivists and full-time pediatric hospitalist medicine service. Our team serves a large geographic area encompassing the entire Gulf South region by leveraging a system of satellite clinics, extensive telemedicine capabilities, as well as a dedicated, full-time, pediatric transport team providing ground, rotary, and fixed wing transports across the entire region.
The Department of Pediatrics and our pediatric subspecialists (collectively, Ochsner Hospital for Children™) represent over 230 pediatric physicians. The group is the region's leading integrated provider of multispecialty care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. We offer a full range of pediatric services including bone marrow transplantation, solid organ transplantation, pediatric cardiovascular surgery, and a comprehensive pediatric surgical sub-specialty group, as well as the region's only comprehensive multidisciplinary developmental center. We utilize a 54-bed Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 14-bed PICU, a 12-bed pediatric CVICU, a 44-bed pediatric acute unit, a pediatric emergency room, and dedicated, full-time, region-wide in-house pediatric and neonatal transport teams.
