This opportunity offers a two-year partnership track to become a shareholder and earn substantial equity in the highest quality anesthesia practice in the country. Though we cover numerous hospitals and ASCs around the Denver metro and throughout the state, our physicians are regionalized to a smaller coverage area of their choice. Cases include OB, trauma, CV, transplant, peds, regional, neuro, ortho, etc. USAP Colorado offers an equitable highly competitive compensation plan. The estimated starting compensation for the position is $400k to $450k. Increased compensation potential is available once you become a partner. Vacation is an average of approximately eight weeks annually. Currently, we’re offering either a $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus if eligible. 401k match and quarterly profit sharing are also available.

As part of US Anesthesia Partners' locally-focused physician-owned and led network, we are governed by our local physicians, so all decisions regarding clinical governance, compensation, vacation, recruiting, etc. are made by our local anesthesiologists. USAP Colorado performs in the top 10% nationally for patient satisfaction and utilizes a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. On a national level, we have the ability to collaborate between practices and centralizing our economies of scale allows us to invest in the anesthesia practice of tomorrow.
Denver, the capital of Colorado, is an American metropolis dating to the Old West era. Larimer Square, the city’s oldest block, features landmark 19th-century buildings. Museums include the Denver Art Museum, an ultramodern complex known for its collection of indigenous works, and the mansion of famed Titanic survivor Molly Brown. Denver is also a jumping-off point for ski resorts in the nearby Rocky Mountains.
Getting to Denver is easy, thanks to the efficient Denver International Airport (DEN), one of the largest connecting airports in the world. From there, it’s a short, effortless trip on the airport train to Denver Union Station in the heart of downtown. Arriving at Union Station, visitors are greeted with an opulent and fully restored 1914 Beaux-Arts train station, home to swanky bars, restaurants, shops and a boutique hotel. In wintertime, skiers and snowboarders can take the Winter Park Express Ski Train from the station to the mountains for a unique ski-in, ski-out experience (runs seasonally). From Union Station, access downtown on foot, by bike, or on the free 16th Street Mall shuttle.
Walk to your heart’s content around lower downtown (LoDo) or get your heart pumping by checking out a bicycle from Denver B-cycle, Denver’s citywide bike-sharing system. Explore numerous nearby culturl atrractions like the Denver Art Museum, Clyfford Still Museum and the History Colorado Center, there’s plenty to choose from at all price points.

- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
