1 day per week of outreach to Baudette
EMR: EPIC with Kaleidescope module
CPOA tech - does refractors and takes pressures
3 opticians and 2 receptionists
Full retail/optical on site
Compensation Package
Compensation floor of $166,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
In addition, a $50,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
