Job Description:

We are seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who works to achieve the organizational goals through the delivery of healthcare services at a patient-centered medical home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Examine patients, study their medical records and provide diagnosis.

• Inform patients about complementary health activities and treatments (appropriate diet and exercise).

• Collaborate with the community of providers in order to oversee all the clinical health of the patients in a cohesive manner.

• Oversee and supervise Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants.

• Physicians are expected to 3 - 4 patients/hr

Qualification/Experience:

•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine.

•Valid, Current and Unrestricted State CA license and DEA license.

•Experience with electronic medical records.

•Chinese/Mandarin Fluency is required.
