Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking a full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, well-established Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice.

Opening January 2025, Northwest Campus – the NEW BVHS musculoskeletal facility with orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, endocrinology/diabetes management, rheumatology, as well as family medicine and pediatrics.

• Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
• General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
• Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
• EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
• Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
• Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
• Hospitalists available for consults
• Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
• Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
• Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
